The portal bbOnly offers web surfers the possibility to search, see and book for free low cost and quality bed and breakfasts only, following our company policy. But how can we book a bed and breakfast? In this page we provide a clear explanation for our users of the on-line booking procedure and the way it works.
How to book
1. In order to book a bed and breakfast it is above all necessary to start a search with our search engine. Using the search panel on the top left it is possible to select the location, check-in date, number of nights, number of persons and type of accommodation (single rooms, double rooms and more). Once you have selected them you have only to click the “Find B&B” button and the search engine will show a list of bed and breakfasts corresponding to the requisites you have selected.
2. You can see the detailed inforamtion of each bed and breakfast of this list (by clicking the + sign it is possible to see the b&b information page) or it is possible to book directly by clicking on the orange “book” link.
3. Once you have clicked the book button, a booking summary page will be displayed summarizing all the information you have previously selected (period of the stay, number of persons and more). It is now necessary to insert the client’s personal information, such as name, surname and contact telephone numbers. At the end of this process you have to press the “Book” button.
4. At this stage the booking has concluded successfully. The system informs you of the positive result of the procedure, displaying a booking summary page and the personal information of the registered client. At this stage it is possible to go back to the Home page or to download a pdf format of the booking page and print a copy of it.
Is it necessary to pay by credit card for the booking?
No payment is requested for booking on-line on bbOnly website. The bed and breakfast booking service on bbOnly is absolutely free and without any additional charge. Possible down payments or payments are agreed directly between the user and the b&b. The latter will contact the user within 12 hours from the booking in order to agree on the payment method and to provide, whenever necessary, further information.
Review the booking details
Once you have booked, the selected b&b will contact you within 12 hours at the telephone numbers you have indicated or by email in order to inform you about the procedures for the down payment. If you wish to receive further information about the booking or the bed and breakfast structure you have booked, we suggest to contact it by phone or by e-mail. The contacts of the b&b are reported in the booking summary page.
